Varisu, a Tamil-language family entertainer, is now available on Amazon Prime Video. The film started streaming digitally from February 22nd, 2023. Its Telugu-dubbed version, Vaarasudu, is also available on the same platform. The film has grossed approximately Rs. 310 crores at the box office despite receiving mixed reviews upon its release. The Vamshi Paidipally movie was dubbed in Hindi as well. The Hindi-dubbing rights to the film were sold for over Rs. 34 crores. Varisu Hindi OTT Release Date: Where and When to Stream the Film Online

Varisu, the 2023 action drama film, will be available in Hindi on the OTT streaming platform Amazon Prime Video. Varisu Hindi will premiere on the player on March 8th, 2023. The film is already streaming on the said streamer as Varisu (Tamil), Vaarasudu (Telugu), Vamshajan (Malayalam), and Vaarasdara (Kannada).

“PrimeVideoIN,” the Twitter handle, shared the arrival date of Varisu Hindi on the OTT platform. The film is said to be an ultimate entertainer. It was shot across several states in India. The shooting locations include Hyderabad, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Ladakh, and Bellary.  The filming of Varisu was wrapped up in December 2022.

The film is unmistakably a mass-family masala entertainer. It is a mixed bag of action, drama, emotion, and love in a single package. Until now, over 9.2 million people have watched the Hindi trailer alone.

Varisu – About the Film

Varisu’s non-theatrical rights were sold for Rs. 150 crores, including the satellite, digital, audio, and dubbing rights. The satellite rights to the film belong to Sun TV. The movie also faced legal trouble with the Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI) for using elephants. It’s written and directed by Vamshi Paidipally. Dil Raju, the well-known producer-distributor, is the producer of Varisu. The film is made under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema. Actors Vijay, Rashmika Mandanna, R. Sarathkumar, Jayasudha, Srikanth, Shaam, Prakash Raj, Prabhu, Yogi Babu, Sangeetha Krish, and others feature in the film. Thaman S. collaborated with Vijay for the very first time and composed the film’s music.

Times of India, The News Minute, and Cinema Express gave the film 3.5 out of 5 stars, while India Today, The Indian Express, and News18 rated the film 3 out of 5 stars. All the reviews more or less praised Vijay’s performance. The film is high on family emotion and aims to echo the sentiment that, though no family is perfect, we have only one family.
