The trailer of United Kacche was released recently by the makers. As per reports, the show will comprise of eight episodes and fans will be available to stream on ZEE5 from March 31, 2023. The message shared by the makers read,

Sharing the trailer on social media, the premise, as mentioned by Zee5, read, “Desi boy Tango is ready to live his ancestral dream of settling in England even as an illegal immigrant. Follow his journey as he finds new family and love, while evading deportation.”

The trailer for “United Kacche” presents the story of Tejinder ‘Tango’ Gill, an Indian immigrant who moves to the UK in search of a better life but soon realizes the difficulties faced by immigrants in a foreign land. The show captures the nuances and difficulties of immigrants in a foreign land with a light-hearted comedy at its core.

Talking about his role, actor Sunil Grover, in a recent media interview said, “The title of the series is significant and conveys so much about the show and its concept – firstly, the series is based in London and so, we shot in the UK extensively to keep the look and the feel of the show as authentic as possible; secondly, Kacche signifies an illegal immigrant residing in a foreign country without legitimate paperwork trying to become a legal citizen. In a gist, ‘United Kacche’ is a slice-of-life situational comedy with relatable characters and their everyday struggle in a foreign land.”
