The Lava Z4 Plus is on the horizon, with its recent appearance on the FCC database hinting at an impending launch. The handset is said to succeed the Lava Z4, which originally debuted alongside the Lava Z1, Lava Z2, and Lava Z6 back in 2021. While the standard Lava Z4 was equipped with a 6.51-inch HD+ display, a Helio G35 SoC, 4GB of RAM, a 13MP triple-camera setup, and a 16MP selfie camera, its Plus variant is now ready to step into the spotlight after two years.

Lava Z4 Plus specifications

First discovered by MySmartPrice on the FCC platform, the Lava Z4 Plus showcases a water-drop-shaped notch situated at the centre of its display. Users can expect to find a speaker grille, a micro USB port, a microphone, and a 3.5mm audio jack on the bottom edge of the device. The smartphone will boast a triple-camera configuration on its rear, accompanied by an LED flash.

One noteworthy detail revealed in the FCC certification is the presence of a 4,000mAh battery within the Lava Z4 Plus. This battery supports 7.5W charging, providing users with efficient power management. However, further device specifications remain undisclosed beyond these details and the images.

Given that the standard Lava Z4 launched at a starting price of Rs 8,999 two years back, the Lava Z4 Plus could launch at the same Rs 8,999 price point given the tough competition in the under Rs 10,000 smartphone market.
