  • Samsung is rumoured to launch the Galaxy S24 series in January 2024

As we approach the expected launch of the Samsung Galaxy S24 series in the coming months, leaks continue to surface, offering glimpses into what to expect from the new Galaxy lineup. Recently, renders and dimensions of the high-end Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra surfaced, shedding light on potential design changes and specifications.

These initial renders of the Galaxy S24 Ultra are courtesy of tipster OnLeaks via smartprix, who has previously provided design renders for the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus models. While at first glance, the S24 Ultra bears a resemblance to its predecessors, the Galaxy S23 Ultra, closer inspection reveals noteworthy alterations.

One of the most significant changes appears to be the display. Unlike the curved screens seen in previous Ultra models, these early renders suggest that the Galaxy S24 Ultra might revert to a flat display design. The display is flat with a 2.5D cover glass that seamlessly merges into the Titanium mid-frame. This shift in design results in narrower bezels and a slightly smaller overall size compared to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Furthermore, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is marginally lighter, shedding 1 gram, which can be attributed to the use of a Titanium frame.
