This year, Samsung introduced two models, the standard Galaxy Tab S9 FE, and the larger Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. These tablets offer a seamless software experience, S-Pen support, and an impressive IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. Both the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+ are available in four attractive colours: Mint, Silver, Gray, and Lavender. Buyers can choose from WiFi-only and 5G cellular models, with storage options of 128GB or 256GB.

Pre-orders for both tablets have already commenced starting today. They are set to hit the shelves on Flipkart, Samsung’s online shop, and various offline retail outlets later this week. As part of the launch offers, Samsung is offering an extra Rs 5,000 cashback on all Tab S9 FE and FE+ models on top of a Rs 3,000 exchange bonus.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE features a 10.9-inch WQXGA LCD display with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. In contrast, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ boasts a larger 12.4-inch WQXGA LCD display with a resolution of 2,560×1,600 pixels, also supporting a 90Hz refresh rate. Both tablets are powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1380 SoC and come with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage on the standard Tab S9 FE model while the Tab S9 FE+ comes with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage.

Notably, both Fan Edition tablets are equipped with an IP68 rating, making them resistant to dust and water. They also support microSD card expansion and are compatible with the S Pen, as seen in previous Tab S series models.

In the camera department, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE features a single 8MP primary rear sensor and a 12MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE+, on the other hand, boasts a dual-rear camera setup comprising an 8MP primary sensor and an additional 8MP ultra-wide camera.
