Samsung Galaxy F15 5G has been launched in India. The new F-series succeeds the Galaxy F14 from last year. The new phone is quite similar to the Galaxy A15 5G, which was announced in December 2023. Notably, the F15 comes with a larger battery and different configurations as compared to the A15.

Being an F-series phone, the F15 will be available exclusively through Flipkart.  Some of its key features include up to two days of battery life, a 90Hz refresh rate, large internal storage, support for 13 5G bands, and a 50-megapixel triple camera unit. The Galaxy F15 5G has a 6.6-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate and a 399 ppi pixel density. The phone features a side-facing fingerprint sensor for security. It comes with One UI 6-based Android 14, and the company has confirmed that it will offer four years of Android OS upgrades. In addition, the device will be treated with up to 5 years of security updates.

Under the hood, the Galaxy F15 5G features the Dimensity 6100 Plus chipset. The device ships 4GB / 6GB of RAM, 128GB of built-in storage, and a hybrid SIM slot, that supports 1TB of microSD card. The device packs a 6,000mAh battery that offers 25W fast charging. However, the charger is not included in the retail package of the device.

The Galaxy F15 5G has a 50-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The front side of the phone has a 13-megapixel selfie camera. The device offers other features, such as dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Galaxy F15 5G comes in two options: 4GB RAM + 128GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. Both models are priced at Rs 15,999 and Rs 16,999, respectively. The handset comes in three options, such as Ash Black, Groovy Purple, and Jazzy Green. The smartphone is set to go on sale starting today in the country via Flipkart and Samsung India’s website.
