The OTT rights of The Great Indian Family have not been announced; however, it is being said that the film might stream on Amazon Prime Video. The Great Indian Family will be released globally on September 22, 2023. Meanwhile, production houses usually release the film online after 45 days of the theatrical run, and considering the same, the film might be released online in the third or fourth week of October. As per reports, the shoot of the film began in November 2020, and the schedule was wrapped in February 2021. However, the film’s release was delayed significantly by over two years and the production house has not announced anything regarding the same. Ahead of the release, YRF released the first song of the film ‘Kanhaiya Twitter Pe Aaja’ which became an instant hit among the audience owing to its beats and lyrics. The song has been watched over 14M times on YouTube, as of September 14, 2023, and has made its way to be one of the recent chartbusters.
