This highly anticipated release comprises 11 tracks, featuring recently released hit singles like “Seven” and “3D.” As fans eagerly await this musical masterpiece, the anticipation for Jungkook’s solo journey reaches a crescendo, promising a golden era in his already illustrious career.

Jungkook’s Solo Career

Jungkook is the youngest member of the popular K-pop band BTS. He has an immense fan following and is the last one to announce his solo projects. In the past, Jungkook had given his voice to the song Euphoria, which is part of Map of Seoul:7 Album. He also performed for the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup 2022. With his solo track Seven, he had tied up with his fellow bandmate Jimin to capture the top position at Billboard Top 100. The song later went on to become Billboard’s No. 1 global song of the summer for 2023. Recently, Jungkook performed this song along with Latto at the Global Citizen’s Awards and also showcased the first look of his new single 3D.

The announcement for his new album was made by Big Hit in a post on Weverse, which was also shared on their official X account and reads:

We are excited to announce the release of BTS member Jung Kook’s solo album “GOLDEN.”

“GOLDEN” is an album inspired by the golden moments of Jung Kook, the golden maknae of BTS and a solo artist.
The album features a total of 11 tracks, including the previously released digital singles “Seven (feat. Latto)” and “3D (feat. Jack Harlow)”.

Jung Kook will be delivering special stage performances and making various appearances alongside the release of “GOLDEN.” Please stay tuned and continue to support Jung Kook as he embarks on his first solo album journey.
