The Galaxy A05 has a 6.7-inch IPS LCD panel that offers an HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The device lacks a fingerprint scanner but comes with support for AI face unlock.

On the front, the Galaxy A05 has an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Its rear panel features a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth-assist lens. It comes preloaded with OneUI Core-based Android 13. The company has confirmed that the A05 will receive two generations of OS upgrades and four years of security updates.

Under the hood, the Galaxy A05 has the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, 4GB / 6GB of RAM, 64GB / 128 of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. The device offers other features, such as dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

On the other hand, the higher variant, offering 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, is priced at Rs 12,999 (~$155). The phone comes in three shades, such as Black, Silver, and Light Green.
